Why We No Longer List a Phone Number
After tracking our phone usage, we discovered that nearly 65% of calls did not lead to business, were unrelated to supporting past sales or projects, were inquiries about jet ski rentals or what's the best jet ski to buy, or were scam calls.
We have been committed to supporting riders in the industry at a grassroots level since 1985. However, whether due to a few individuals taking advantage of our time or the increase in scam calls, the situation has changed, and it is no longer feasible to prioritize answering the phone. While we understand that some customers may prefer to call, we believe it is more important to dedicate our time to completing existing projects efficiently and to the highest standard.
If we determine that a phone call is the best way to address your inquiry, we can schedule one. However, please send us a detailed email outlining your questions or issues first. This will allow us to better prepare for our conversation and make the most of our time on the phone.
