If your payment is declined or your order doesn't go through, please contact your credit card company or PayPal to approve the transaction. This is usually faster than calling us, as we may not be immediately available to assist.


Ordering online is not only more efficient, but also more secure for both you and us. Your payment provider (PayPal or your credit card) offers protection for your transaction.


Important: If your order was previously declined, rest assured you were not charged. You are only billed for successful orders - we do not receive any payment unless the transaction is completed.

Why We No Longer List a Phone Number

At Jetworks, we have proudly served our customers since 1985. As a small, two-person operation, our primary focus is on product development, fulfilling online orders, packaging, manufacturing, listing, and addressing customer service inquiries. To ensure we continue providing the best possible service and maintaining high-quality work for every project, we have made a conscious decision to limit the time we spend on the phone. Over the years, we have encountered countless situations where individuals have tried to use us as a free tech support hotline for products and services that we do not offer or have never sold. In some cases, we have spent hours troubleshooting or providing guidance on how to modify equipment, only for the individuals to purchase the necessary parts or services from a different business. When they encounter issues later, they continue to call us for support or tips on how to install those parts. We do not find it fair for others to expect our support while not supporting us in return. More importantly, it is unfair to our paying customers, who, in the past often had to wait longer than necessary because of the time we spent on the phone everyday.


In 2023, after tracking our phone usage, we discovered that nearly 65% of calls either did not lead to business, were unrelated to supporting past sales or projects, were inquiries about jet ski rentals or the best jet ski to buy (which we do not provide), or were scam calls.


We have always been committed to supporting riders in the industry at a grass roots level. However, whether due to a few individuals taking advantage or the increase in scam calls, the situation has changed, and it is no longer feasible to prioritize answering the phone. While we understand that some customers may prefer to call, we believe it is more important to dedicate our time to completing projects efficiently and to the highest standard. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we navigate the necessary changes to provide the best Jetworks experience possible.
