The Jetworks Flywheel & Cam Bolt Upgrade Kit is a high-strength bolt kit that directly replaces the OEM flywheel bolts that are prone to shearing off on modified and even stock Sea-Doo 1503/1630 engines when being used hard. These are Japanese Industrial 12.9 Spec materials with a minimum tensile strength of ~174,000– 180,000 psi (1,220 MPa), which improves durability under high-stress, high-RPM conditions. An essential upgrade for reliable performance!

These are meant to be replaced after every removal, as per the Sea-Doo Repair manual (Yes, even the 300 and 325 require replacing according to the manual.)
- Flywheel Bolts Torque to 35ft-lbs
- Cam Bolts Torque to 12 ft-lbs
- Requires Red Loctite 243 or Threebond 1303 (aka high-strength / permanent thread locker)
- Requires a 10mm 3/8" Drive 12-Point Socket for installation
- Requires a 6mm 1/4" Drive 12-Point Socket for installation
