The Kawasaki impeller shaft that comes on the all 2010 and older Ultra 250 & 260 ski’s are reminiscent of the 90’s skis and feature only two bearings, while that’s okay with skis pushing 80hp - 120hp when you double that in the case of the supercharged Ultras, those two bearings take a beating quickly. This Jetworks Kawasaki Ultra upgrade kit includes an upgraded shaft that used 3 bearings and a tightening nut to able take the load of the high horsepower ski’s. This is upgrade is highly advisable for all 2010 and older Ultra Ski’s as in some rare instances a pump can lock up and cause catastrophic damage to your engine.
