Jetworks Lvl Kit - Kawasaki 550 - Lvl 0.99

The Jetworks 0.99 LVL Kit for the Kawasaki 550 requires:

• 1986 and newer “breadbox” exhaust—the one with “Jet Power” cast into the top
• a 550 JetPump, either SX or JS, not 440

It also requires a properly rebuilt engine. We've been around these 550s since they were brand new. At one point our old shop had over a hundred of them in the workshop at the same time, so we know these engines inside and out. That's exactly why we know you can't cut corners. We can make your 550 run great and stay reliable, but only if you don't cut corners either. A proper rebuild means boring and honing the cylinders, fitting new pistons, and replacing that 30-year-old crank—not just swapping rings or crank seals and hoping for the best. This kit works beautifully, but it needs a solid foundation. Keep that in mind before you buy the kit or start modifying any 550.
