High-Performance Valve Kits are purpose-built to boost reliability and power output in high-boost applications. The intake valves use premium stainless steel engineered for outstanding corrosion resistance, while the exhaust valves are crafted from a specialized aerospace Inconel stainless alloy that stands up to extreme heat without compromise. These are a great option for older Sea-Doos that used the prone-to-fail OEM sodium-filled exhaust valves

Fits all Sea-Doo 1503 & 1630 (Will not fit Spark)

These are standard-size valves, so they are a true drop-in replacement—no cylinder head machining is required.

For best results, we recommend having a professional valve job performed on the head if it needs attention. At a minimum, lap the new valves into the seats during installation and always perform a leak-down (or vacuum) test afterward to confirm a perfect seal with zero leakage. Any leakage will cause poor performance and possible tuning issues.
